This fall, all youth in grades 6th - 12th are invited to participate in a special service project called Boxes of Joy, a nationwide effort to send Christmas gift boxes to children living in poverty around the world. All parish and community members are invited to contribute to the gift boxes, and those in 6th - 12th Grade are invited to pack the boxes on Thursday, October 15!! Gift items can be dropped off to the OLP Rectory office before October 15, or brought directly to the packing party.

PLEASE NOTE: Items must be small enough to fit into a shoebox with other items.

GIFT IDEAS FOR THE BOXES: (Gifts for girls or boys, ages 2-14) Handheld Toys, School Supplies, Coloring Books and Crayons / Markers, Accessories, Sewing Kits, Socks, Toiletries (such as toothbrushes, boxed toothpaste), Reusable Water Bottles, Camping Mess Kits, etc..
