You may have heard about the "We Are His Witnesses" initiative begun by the Archdiocese of Newark to assess the needs of the parishes in our area in order to work toward building a stronger, more vibrant Church. The first step in this process involves evaluating our greatest strengths and opportunities, and that is where the Disciple Maker Index (DMI) survey comes in! The Disciple Maker Index is designed to:

- Invite parishioners to reflect on their journey of discipleship.
- Enable parish leadership to make data-driven decisions.
- Help parishioners grow in their faith.

Everyone—priests, staff, and parishioners—is being asked to take part in this survey. Your feedback helps create a snapshot of how our parish is doing and how we can grow!

This 10-15 minute survey will give you a chance to provide your perspective on our parish’s efforts to help you grow in relationship with God. All responses will be confidential, and the parish will only receive information about the community as a whole. Paper surveys will also be available for those who do not have the ability to complete the survey online.
